Betterment check

When an insurance company deducts for wear, rust or old parts, Georgia limits what it may take. The whole deduction may not exceed 20 percent of what the vehicle was worth before the loss, wear and rust deductions are capped separately, and every deduction must be itemized and specified as to dollar amount.
